Our Process

Have your vacation designed for you

Consultation

During the discovery consultation, we get to know you, by finding out how you like to travel, which destinations you prefer, and your ideal budget. We will also explain our services and design planning packages.

After our 15 minute Discovery Consultation, we will send you an email with more detailed information.

Design + Plan

Now that we know more about you, we can start the design and research process.

Working with our trusted supply partners from around the world, we will lay out an itinerary to inspire you with authentic experiences and luxurious accommodations that you crave while travelling.

The Proposal

Next we will provide you with up to 3 destination proposals which are digitally formatted. Each proposal contains detailed information including flights, accommodations and suggested excursions.

After you have accepted your vacation proposal, we will begin the booking process.

Booking Process

Let the excitement begin.

During the booking process, we will collect your deposit, as well as confirm future payment dates.

We also will assist you with booking all your adventures from city tours to wine and culinary experiences and much more.

Time to relax.

Your travel documents will arrive electronically. Then, the day will soon arrive, your suitcases are packed and you're on your way.

Our travel experts will be there for you, before, to get you excited, during, to make sure you're having fun, and after, to help you design your next vacation.

I had the opportunity to work with Drift Away Travels as my daughter booked an all inclusive vacation recently. Scott and Lisa worked with them to ensure the vacation met what they were looking for in their price point.
